The company’s net profit declined 76% to ₹140 crore from ₹580 crore in the fourth quarter of the previous fiscal. It reported an exceptional loss of ₹70.6 crore this quarter, compared to an exceptional gain of ₹347 crore in the previous year.
Its revenue increased 20.4% to ₹6,004 crore from ₹4,988 crore in the previous year. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) increased by 14.6% to ₹488 crore from ₹426 crore last year.
Coromandel International’s margin contracted to 8.1% from 8.5% in the year-ago period.
The company’s board of directors also approved a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share on the face value of ₹1 per equity share. The final dividend would be paid on or before August 21, 2026. The record date for the same is July 16, 2026, the company informed the exchanges.
Coromandel International will also be holding its 64th Annual General Meeting on July 23, 2026.
Shares of Coromndel International were trading 3.1% lower at ₹1,954.6 apiece at 2.20 pm on Thursday. The stock has declined 13.4% this year, so far.
