Real estate developer Kalpataru Ltd on Friday (October 9) reported pre-sales of ₹1,258 crore in Q2FY27, down 5% from ₹1,329 crore in the year-ago quarter. Collections stood at ₹1,189 crore, compared with ₹1,182 crore in Q2FY26.
For the first half of FY27, the real estate developer reported pre-sales of ₹2,587 crore, marginally higher than ₹2,577 crore in the corresponding period last year. Collections increased 9% year-on-year to ₹2,554 crore from ₹2,348 crore in H1FY26.
The company said the operational figures were provisional and subject to a limited review.

During the September quarter, Kalpataru launched its premium residential project, Kalpataru Elaara, in Goregaon West, Mumbai. The project offers two-, three- and four-bedroom residences along with more than 25 lifestyle amenities.
Located on MG Road, off Link Road, the project is minutes away from Bangur Nagar Metro Station and close to education, entertainment and healthcare infrastructure, the company said.
First Quarter Results
Kalpataru Ltd reported a consolidated net loss of ₹26.5 crore for the first quarter, compared with a loss of ₹49.4 crore in the corresponding period last year. Revenue from operations increased 6.5% year-on-year to ₹472.2 crore from ₹443.2 crore in Q1 FY26.

The company reported an EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) loss of ₹45.9 crore during the quarter, compared with an EBITDA loss of ₹27.3 crore in the year-ago period.
Kalpataru’s pre-sales value stood at ₹1,329 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with ₹1,249 crore in Q1 FY26, registering a 6% year-on-year growth. Collections increased 17% year-on-year to ₹1,365 crore from ₹1,165 crore in the corresponding period last year.
Area sold during the quarter stood at 0.82 million square feet (msf), up 48% year-on-year from 0.56 msf in Q1 FY26. Average sales realisation declined 28% year-on-year to ₹16,177 per square feet from ₹22,476 per square feet. The company’s net debt stood at ₹8,229 crore as of June 30, 2026. The net debt-to-equity ratio was 2.0 times.

During the quarter, Kalpataru launched luxury residential projects including Kalpataru Vian, Hrushikesh, Lokhandwala and Tower C of Estella at Kalpataru Parkcity, Thane.
The company also signed a Development Agreement (DA) for a society redevelopment project involving around 2.8 acres of land in Kandivali (East), with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of around ₹1,250 crore.
Shares of Kalpataru Limited ended at ₹261.00, down by ₹0.35, or 0.13%, on the BSE.
