The company’s net profit declined 28% on a year-on-year basis. The profit number slumped to ₹193 crore, compared to ₹268 crore (YoY).
The company’s bottom line also shrank. The revenue fell 7%, falling to ₹6,390 crore, compared to ₹6,872 crore in Q4 FY 25.
When we look at the profitability of the RPG Group company, the Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation, or EBITDA, declined 16.7%. EBITDA dropped to ₹448.4 crore, compared to ₹538.3 crore (YoY).
Finally, the margin slipped to 7% compared to 7.8% in the previous cycle.
In the previous quarter, i.e., Q3FY26, the infrastructure engineering company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹127.5 crore, which marked a 1.6% decrease from ₹129.6 crore in the same quarter the previous year.
In addition, the EBITDA climbed 15% YoY to ₹430.3 crore from ₹374.3 crore. EBITDA margin edged up to 7.1% from 7% in the year-ago period.

In addition, the company’s stock has seen its value decline by over 30% in the past 6 months of trade. The current stock price stands at ₹548.80 per share; the stock even hit a 52-week low in the session. The 52-week high mark stands at ₹947.00 per share.
