NBCC | NBCC (India) Ltd. has won work orders worth ₹131.02 crore in Andhra Pradesh and New Delhi. These include a ₹25.52 crore project management consultancy contract from Central Bank of India for the construction of its office building in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh. The other order is worth ₹105.5crore from the state’s Resident Commissioner for the construction of the new Andhra Pradesh Bhavan in Delhi. NBCC shares were trading 1.1% higher at ₹95.97 apiece at 9.20 am. on Thursday.

PNC Infratech | The company’s joint venture with SPS Constructions India Pvt Ltd has emerged as the lowest bidder for a ₹571.81 crore EPC project from UP State Bridge Corporation Ltd. The project is for the construction of a four-lane major bridge over the Ganga river with a footpath on Bhairoghat Dhobighat Jalkal Campus, connecting Trans Ganga City to Kanpur City, including approach roads and protection works in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. PNC Infratech shares were trading 3.2% up at ₹227.2 apiece at 9.20 am on Thursday.

Max Estates | The company launched ‘The Terraces’ at Estate 361 in Gurugram with a gross development value of ₹1,200 crore. The project is part of Estate 361, its integrated residential development in Sector 36A, Awarka Expressway, which is spread across ₹18.23 acre and has an overall GDV of ₹9,000 crore. The stock was up 3% at ₹405.7 apiece at 9.20 am on Thursday.

GR Infra | The company received the provisional completion certification for a ₹927 crore hybrid annuity mode project. The same was for the development of a six-lane Amritsar-Bathinda Greenfield section of the Amritsar-Jamnagar Economic Corridor in Punjab. The stock was up 0.7% at ₹950.3 apiece at 9.20 am on Thursday.

Bajel Projects | The company bagged an order in the range of ₹200 crore to ₹300 crore. The contract is for a 756 kV AIS substation package in Maharashtra and is to be completed in 21 months from the date of issuance. The stock was trading 9.2% higher at ₹185.55 apiece at 9.20 am on Thursday.
