At the operating level, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 32.6% to ₹98.20 crore from ₹74.08 crore a year earlier. The EBITDA margin improved to 13.97% in the quarter, compared with 12.55% in the year-ago period.
Aarti Drugs’ board of directors has approved a leadership transition, with Prakash M. Patil, Chairman, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), set to retire from the company effective September 30, 2026.

Patil, who has been associated with the company since inception and served as Chairman since 2014, sought early retirement to facilitate an orderly leadership transition.
The board has appointed Rashesh C. Gogri as Chairman of Aarti Drugs effective October 1, 2026. Gogri has been serving as the company’s Managing Director since September 2014 and will continue in his existing role along with the new position.
The company has also approved the appointment of Adhish P. Patil as Managing Director for a five-year term effective October 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Adhish P. Patil has been associated with the company as Chief Financial Officer since April 2014.

The board approved the appointment of Nilesh B. Patil as Whole-time Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval, replacing Uday M. Patil, who will retire by rotation and has not offered himself for re-appointment. The company said Uday M. Patil has been associated with Aarti Drugs for more than 25 years.
The board has also approved the re-appointment of Harshit M. Savla as Joint Managing Director and Harit P. Shah as Whole-time Director for a further five-year period effective June 1, 2027, subject to shareholder approval.
Further, the company approved the re-appointment of Hasmukh B. Dedhia, Ajit E. Venugopalan and Sandeep M. Joshi as Independent Directors for a second term of five years, effective March 29, 2027, subject to shareholder approval.
Shares of Aarti Drugs Ltd ended at ₹423.15, up by ₹2.56, or 10.55%, on the BSE.
