Adani Enterprises JV to buy 100% stake in Vizag data centre park for ₹1,085 crore
AdaniConneX executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Vizag Mega Data Center Park and Adani Infra (India), the seller, on November 5, 2026.
The acquisition will be made through a cash consideration against shares and is expected to be completed by November 10, 2026, the filing said.
Vizag Mega Data Center Park is engaged in infrastructure development activities. Incorporated on February 3, 2026, the company is yet to commence commercial operations and has reported no turnover.
However, the target company owns a sizeable land parcel and has secured key licences required to commence infrastructure activities. This is expected to give AdaniConneX a head start in setting up infrastructure facilities, according to the filing.
The acquisition is not classified as a related-party transaction for Adani Enterprises under SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR). However, the target entity is directly or indirectly controlled by the promoter or promoter group of the company. The transaction has been undertaken on an arm’s-length basis.
No governmental or regulatory approvals are required for the acquisition, as per filing.
