Adani Enterprises Q1 results FY27 date and time: The Q1 FY27 earnings season has gathered pace, with several major companies announcing their quarterly results. Adani Enterprises has now announced its schedule to release its financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27.
The Adani Group company disclosed the schedule through an exchange filing on Saturday, July 18.
“Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday July 29, 2026 inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026,” said Adani Enterprises.
Adani Enterprises has announced that the trading window for dealing in its securities will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of its first-quarter (Q1 FY27) financial results.
“As intimated earlier, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and as per the Company’s Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 1, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date when the results are declared and made public on July 29, 2026,” said the company.
Adani Enterprises will hold an investor and analyst conference call on July 29, 2026.
“The Company will hold investor / analyst calls on July 29, 2026 to discuss the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 and business outlook. Please find enclosed the detailed Call Invite for the Investors Call commencing at 5:00 p.m. on the same day,” Adani Enterprises said.
Shares of Adani Enterprises closed at Rs 3,160.15 per share on Friday, July 17 — which is 0.26 per cent above than the previous close of Rs 3,152 per share. During the day, the counter swung between Rs 3,183.65 and Rs 3,140.25 per share.
