Net profit stood at ₹187 crore in Q4, down from ₹228 crore a year earlier. Revenue rose 6.8% year-on-year to ₹458 crore from ₹429 crore.
The company saw pressure on non-core income during the quarter, with income from other operations turning into a ₹32.86 crore loss, compared with ₹71.96 crore in the same period last year, according to exchange filings.

Despite the earnings drop, the board recommended a final dividend of ₹25.50 per equity share of ₹5 face value for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM. The company said the record date for determining shareholder eligibility will be announced separately after approval.
