Ajmera Realty Q2 Update: Pre-sales jumps 54% QoQ to ₹224 crore, collections at ₹190 crore


Ajmera Realty and Infra India Ltd on Friday (October 9) reported pre-sales of ₹224 crore in Q2FY27, up 54% quarter-on-quarter from ₹146 crore in Q1FY27. Collections rose 10% sequentially to ₹190 crore from ₹173 crore.

The real estate developer recorded sales of 72,883 square feet of carpet area during the quarter. However, sales value declined 69% year-on-year from ₹720 crore in Q2FY26, while the carpet area sold fell 68% from 2,29,772 square feet.

For the first half of FY27, Ajmera Realty reported cumulative pre-sales of ₹370 crore across 1,16,620 square feet of carpet area. Collections stood at ₹363 crore during the period.

Compared with the year-ago period, H1FY27 sales value declined 55% from ₹828 crore, while the carpet area sold fell 60% from 2,93,016 square feet. Collections decreased 20% to ₹454 crore in H1FY26.

The company said the average price realisation improved during the first half of FY27, reflecting its increasing focus on value creation.

Ajmera Prive, one of the company’s completed projects, is now fully sold out, the company said, adding that quarterly performance was supported by sustained sales momentum across ongoing projects.

Shares of Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd ended at ₹118.50, up by ₹2.70, or 2.33%, on the BSE.
