1. Pranav Constructions IPO: Pranav Constructions will be the first mainboard IPO of the week, opening on September 7 and closing on September 9. The ₹351.03-crore issue has a price band of ₹118-124 per share and comprises a fresh issue of ₹315.6 crore and an OFS of ₹35.42 crore by existing investor BioUrja India Infra. The company plans to use the fresh proceeds towards redevelopment expenses, debt repayment and general corporate purposes.

2. Glass Wall Systems IPO: Glass Wall Systems will open its ₹427.89-crore IPO on September 8 and close on September 10. The price band is fixed at ₹172-182 per share. The issue comprises a ₹60-crore fresh issue and an OFS of ₹367.89 crore, meaning the bulk of the issue proceeds will go to existing shareholders rather than the company.

3. Kanohar Electricals IPO: Transformer manufacturer Kanohar Electricals will launch its IPO from September 8 to September 10.
