For months, there were speculations how Donald Trump Jr and Kimberly Guilfoyle broke up at a time when President Donald Trump was beginning his second administration and how Bettina Anderson, who was introduced as a Palm Beach socialite, became Donald Trump Jr’s wife while Kimberley was dispatched to Greece. A Wall Street Journal investigation has revealed that Guilfoyle asked a MAGA donor to pay her personal credit card debt while she was offering access to the administration.While the heat over this issue is only building, Daily Mail revealed that she had a very nasty breakup with Don Jr. The MAGA donor, Eric Deters, apparently had a front-row seat to the unraveling of the power couple.Deters revealed that around September in 2024, before the election, the equation between Kimberly and Don Jr changed. At one event, Don Jr refused to sit near or speak to Guilfoyle during car rides,to and from the airport which appeared very strange to all of those present.Deters claimed that Guilfoyle was scared that Don Jr would be disappointed if he caught her her drinking and so Guilfoyle asked Deters’ wife to secretly sneak alcohol to her. Deters said Guilfoyle also pleaded with him so that he would praise her in front of Don Jr.
Then came the photo of Don Jr with Bettina Anderson
It was around the same time that Don Jr’s photo with Bettina was published and Deters reached out to Guilfoyle, asking her if she was doing okay. Guilfoyle snapped at him and said it was fake news and there was no problem in her relationship. She said Bettina was Don Jr’s ex-wife’s friend and also suggested that Betina herself leaked the photo to the media and also included a bikini photo.
State Department probes Guilfoyle’s Greek party life
A Daily Mail report earlier claimed that the State Department is officially investigating complaints against Guilfoyle’s champagne-filled lifestyle in Greece. The Trump administration is at unease over these allegations. “I just heard about it: Too bad,” Trump said, adding, “I don’t know too much. But she was always very nice.” Vice President JD Vance said if there was something bad then there would be consequences but “we don’t try people in the court of public opinion. We try people in a court of law.”Guilfoyle is the ex-wife of California Gov Ganiv Newsom and they divorced 20 years ago.
