Anu Projects IPO: Engineering procurement and construction player Anu Projects Ltd announced the price band for its Rs 175-crore initial public offering. The company said on Wednesday that it has fixed the price at Rs 94-99 per share.
“The company has fixed the price band at Rs 94-99 per share. The company intends to raise Rs 1,750 million through this IPO and will be listed on the BSE and NSE,” Anu Projects said in a statement.
Anu Projects IPO subscription opening, closing dates
The public issue of Anu Projects will open for subscription on Tuesday, August 25 and close on August 28, a statement said.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 17,683,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each.
