“…it is hereby informed that Arisinfra Solutions Limited (“the Company”) has secured an order from Transcon Bellaviu Private Limited, SPV of Transcon Group, to provide DaaS services for Transcon UNO, a residential
Project in Kalina, Mumbai, through its subsidiary, Arisunitern RE Solutions Private Limited,” according to a stock exchange filing.
The project has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹400 crore. The service engagement, which will be executed through Arisinfra Solutions’ subsidiary Arisunitern RE Solutions Private Ltd, starts on September 29, 2026, for an initial term of 18 months, extendable by mutual consent.

The service order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is classified as a service order. Arisunitern RE Solutions will provide DaaS services for the Transcon UNO residential apartment project. The engagement commences on September 29 and will run for 18 months initially, subject to extension by mutual consent.
According to the filing, neither the promoter, promoter group, nor group companies of Arisinfra Solutions have any interest in Transcon Bellaviu Private Ltd. The company also said the order does not fall under related-party transactions.
Shares of Arisinfra Solutions Ltd ended at ₹133.85, up by ₹1.20, or 0.90%, on the BSE.
