According to the LOI issued by APTRANSCO, the order has been placed under Tender Specification No. PMM21-31/2026 (Lot-2). The scope includes supply and unloading of the transformers in line with the technical specifications and commercial terms stipulated in the tender.
The total contract value for the 12 units stands at ₹193.92 crore, including GST. Atlanta Electricals said the order further strengthens its presence in the power transmission segment.

He added that they remain focused on timely execution and supporting the ongoing development of India’s power transmission network.”
The company said the order demonstrates its capability to manufacture and supply high-capacity transformers for transmission infrastructure.
In June quarter earnings, its consolidated net profit rose 51.1% year-on-year to ₹46.84 crore from ₹31.14 crore a year earlier.
Its revenue grew 48% to ₹466.33 crore, up from ₹315.11 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Operating performance also improved during the quarter. Consolidated EBITDA increased by 58.2% year-on-year to ₹77.4 crore from ₹49 crore, while EBITDA margin expanded to 16.6% from 15.5% a year ago.Profit before tax rose to ₹63.58 crore from ₹41.97 crore in the year-ago quarter.
In a separate development of July 22, Atlanta Electricals expects to maintain its 40% annual growth trajectory as demand from power transmission, renewable energy and battery energy storage projects continues to drive order inflows, said Chairman and Managing Director Niral Patel.
He said Atlanta Electricals expects continued demand from state transmission utilities, renewable energy projects and battery energy storage systems, adding that the company booked a record ₹974 crore of orders during the June quarter, the highest in the past two years.
Atlanta Electricals Ltd closed at ₹1,770.70 on Tuesday, August 18, down 0.98%, or ₹17.50, from the previous close.
