Shares of Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd. will be in focus on Monday, October 5, after the company reported strong growth in gross disbursements and assets under management (AUM) for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
The company’s gross disbursements rose 25.2% year-on-year to ₹19,930 crore in Q2FY27 from ₹15,914 crore in the year-ago quarter. Disbursements were broadly stable sequentially compared with Q1FY27.
AUM grew 24.8% year-on-year to ₹1.58 lakh crore as of September 30, 2026, from ₹1.27 lakh crore a year earlier. On a sequential basis, AUM increased by approximately ₹8,566 crore during the quarter.
Loan assets stood at approximately ₹1.40 lakh crore at the end of September, compared with ₹1.13 lakh crore in the same period last year.Bajaj Housing Finance shares ended 1.43% higher at ₹83.17 on Thursday. The stock has declined around 14% so far this year.
