State-owned Miniratna company BEML Limited, formerly Bharat Earth Movers Limited, today announced its earnings for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025-2026 (Q4 FY26). The defence stock, a constituent of the BSE 500, has also declared both interim and final dividends to its shareholders.
Amid the announcement of the quarterly results of BEML Ltd, its shares plummeted 8.1 per cent to touch an intra-day low of Rs 1693.75 from the previous day close of Rs 1832.40, on the BSE.
Board of BEML Ltd today declared a second interime dividend of Rs 2.30 per share and a final dividend of Rs 0.55 per share, totalling Rs 2.85.
“…Board of Directors have declared the 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.30 per equity share of face value Rs. 5 each (i.e. 46%) and recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 0.55 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5 each (i.e. 11%),” BEML said in an exchange filing.
Revenue at Rs 1,794 cr in Q4 FY26 vs Rs 1,653 cr in Q4 FY25, up 8.5% YoY
Recommends second interim dividend of Rs 2.30 per share
