Nivin Pauly‘s ‘Bethlehem Kudumba Unit’ continues to perform strongly at the box office in its third week. The Onam release has maintained a solid audience response despite recording a decline in daily collections after its third weekend.According to Sacnilk, the film earned an India net collection of Rs 2.90 cr on Day 20. It was screened across 1,651 shows and registered an overall occupancy of 32.0%. The latest figure marks a 7.9% drop from the Rs 3.15 cr collected on Day 19. With the Day 20 earnings added, the film’s India net collection has reached Rs 133.15 cr. Its India gross collection currently stands at Rs 155.50 cr.

Worldwide collection reaches Rs 279.50 cr

‘Bethlehem Kudumba Unit’ added another Rs 1.00 cr from overseas markets on its 20th day. The film’s total overseas gross collection has now reached Rs 124.00 cr. Its combined worldwide gross collection has climbed to Rs 279.50 cr. The film is now just Rs 50 lakhs short of reaching the Rs 280 cr mark.The movie opened with Rs 4.90 cr on its first Friday from 1,507 shows at 58.0% occupancy. It improved to Rs 7.15 cr on Saturday from 1,803 shows at 74.0%. Sunday brought Rs 8.80 cr from 1,781 shows at 77.0% occupancy.Monday contributed Rs 6.90 cr from 1,825 shows at 64.0%. Tuesday and Wednesday each delivered Rs 7.90 cr. The film had 2,597 shows at 69.0% occupancy on Tuesday and 2,150 shows at 82.0% on Wednesday. Thursday added Rs 8.75 cr from 2,340 shows at 85.0%. The first week ended with Rs 52.30 cr.

Second week delivers Rs 49.85 cr

The film remained strong during its second weekend. It earned Rs 9.55 cr on Friday from 2,481 shows at 83.0% occupancy. Saturday added Rs 10.20 cr from 2,641 shows at 82.0%. Sunday brought Rs 10.40 cr from 2,669 shows at 83.0%.The second Monday saw the collection fall to Rs 6.00 cr from 2,357 shows at 57.0%. Tuesday contributed Rs 5.15 cr from 2,309 shows at 51.0%. The film then collected Rs 4.50 cr on Wednesday and Rs 4.05 cr on Thursday. The respective show counts were 2,284 and 1,855, while occupancy stood at 44.0% and 50.0%. The second week closed at Rs 49.85 cr.

Third week remains steady

The third Friday brought Rs 6.15 cr from 1,756 shows at 68.0% occupancy. Saturday saw the collection rise to Rs 7.00 cr from 1,834 shows at 66.0%. Sunday recorded Rs 8.10 cr from 1,855 shows at 81.0%.The film then collected Rs 3.70 cr on the third Monday from 1,666 shows at 41.0%. Tuesday added Rs 3.15 cr from 1,634 shows at 37.0%. Day 20 saw the collection settle at Rs 2.90 cr from 1,651 shows. The Malayalam version remained the biggest contributor on Day 20. It earned Rs 2.45 cr from 1,651 shows, recording 32.0% occupancy.The Tamil version contributed Rs 20 lakhs, while the Telugu version added Rs 25 lakhs. The overall India net collection stands at Rs 133.15 cr. The Malayalam 2D version registered 27.08% overall occupancy. Morning shows recorded 12.33%, while afternoon shows stood at 19.92%. Evening occupancy reached 32.75%, followed by 38.67% during the night.The state-wise gross report listed Rs 2.50 cr from Kerala, Rs 21 lakhs from Karnataka, Rs 30 lakhs from APTG and Rs 30 lakhs from Tamil Nadu. The rest of India contributed Rs 4 lakhs, taking the reported state-wise total to Rs 3.35 cr.Meanwhile, another Onam release, Dulquer Salmaan’s ‘I’m Game’, collected Rs 0.92 cr on Day 7. The film recorded 16.4% occupancy across 1,819 shows. Its India net stood at Rs 22.54 cr, while its India gross reached Rs 26.30 cr.
