Bharat Forge Q4 results 2026, Bharat Forge Dividend 2026: Bharat Forge Ltd today announced its earnings for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025-26. Along with the quarterly results, the company declared a 325 per cent final dividend for its shareholders.
“Recommended a final Dividend of Rs. 6.50/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2 each of the Company (at the rate of 325%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company,” Bharat Forge said in an exchange filing.
Bharat Forge Dividend 2026 payment date
The final dividend, if approved by the members, will be paid on or after Friday, August 14, 2026, the company said.
