Bharti Airtel Share Price Target: The season of Q4 results is ongoing, with many companies posting their audited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the fourth quarter (Q4) and the year ended on March 31, 2026. Bharti Airtel, an Indian multinational telecommunications company headquartered in New Delhi, is yet to post its Q4 results.
According to the company’s exchange filing, the board of directors has scheduled a meeting for Wednesday, May 13, 2026, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended on March 31, 2026.
According to the firm, the structural “industry repair” thesis remains intact, even as discussions around a potential delay in tariff hikes persist.
The company continues to forecast tariff increases of at least 20-25 per cent, which it views as essential for ensuring a sustainable telecom industry structure and improving return ratios across players.
Morgan Stanley highlighted that a six-month delay in tariff hikes could lead to a modest downside risk, trimming its FY27 and FY28 India EBITDA estimates by approximately 4 per cent and 1 per cent, respectively. However, this does not significantly impact the long-term earnings trajectory.
The brokerage also highlighted that Bharti Airtel’s current valuation is near historical floor multiples, presenting a favourable risk-reward profile for investors.
With strong execution, market leadership, and improving industry dynamics, the firm sees the stock well-positioned for gradual re-rating, while keeping its target price unchanged at Rs 2,450.
