BHEL Dividend, BHEL Q4 results 2026: State-owned Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) today announced its earnings for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025-26 and also declared a dividend for its shareholders.
“The Board has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 1.40 per share of Rs. 2/-each (i .e. @ 70% on the paid up share capital of the Company) for FY 2025-26…,” BHEL said in an exchange filing.
BHEL Dividend 2026 Payment date
Final Dividend, if declared by the Company in the Annual General Meeting shall be paid/ dispatched within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting, the PSU added in the filing.
