BL Kashyap bags ₹183 crore order from Century Group entity for residential project


Leading engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company, B L Kashyap & Sons Ltd, on Thursday (August 20) said it has secured a ₹183.18 crore order, excluding Goods and Services Tax (GST), from Realkraft Ventures LLP of the Century Group for civil and structural works for a residential building.

The scope of the order includes execution of civil and structural works as per approved drawings, specifications and the agreed scope, within the stipulated time and contract value. The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is expected to be executed over a period of approximately 18 months.

According to the filing, the promoter or promoter group companies of B.L. Kashyap & Sons have no interest in the entity awarding the contract. The Letter of Intent (LOI) was received and accepted on August 19, 2026, at 3:53 p.m.

In February this year, BL Kashyap and Sons Ltd said it had secured a work order worth ₹300 crore (excluding GST) from CRC Greens Private Limited for a group housing project in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The letter of intent was received and accepted on February 17, 2026, at 4:30 pm.

The scope of the contract includes the construction and supervision of civil structural works for the group housing project. The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and pertains to civil structural works at Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

The project is to be executed over a period of approximately 42 months. The broad consideration for the contract stands at ₹300 crore, excluding GST. The company stated that the promoter or promoter group companies do not have any interest in the entity awarding the contract.

Shares of B L Kashyap and Sons Ltd ended at ₹54.00, up by ₹1.91, or 3.67%, on the BSE.
