The ASK Private Credit Fund – Series B has a target corpus of ₹1,000 crore, with a greenshoe option of up to ₹1,500 crore. More than 100 Indian family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs) have participated in the fundraise, according to the company.
Of the capital raised so far, around 30% has been called and is expected to be deployed across two transactions in the healthcare and entertainment sectors. ASK said it has a pipeline of opportunities across manufacturing, renewable energy, consumer and retail, and defence.
The fund follows ASK Alternates’ performing private credit strategy, which focuses on senior secured lending to businesses with established cash flows, strong shareholders and tangible collateral. Capital preservation and regular income generation are key objectives of the strategy, the company said.
The fund has attracted commitments from both existing and new investors, with participation also coming through multiple distribution partners in addition to ASK Wealth.
ASK said it will continue to partner with established shareholders and Tier-1 global institutions as co-lenders across transactions. The deployment strategy is focused on businesses with institutional backing, established promoters and corporate governance, while maintaining a diversified portfolio and emphasis on downside protection.
Shantanu Sahai, Fund Manager and CEO, ASK Alternates, said the fundraise reflected investor interest in private credit and participation from both existing and new investors.The ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group manages assets of more than ₹77,000 crore as of March 31, 2026, according to the company.
