Anand Rathi Wealth Bonus Issue Record Date: Shares of Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd might remain in focus as the financial services have set the record date for its bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1 today, June 2.
According to SEBI’s T+1 settlement rules, investors must buy the company’s shares today and have those shares at least one trading day before the record date to ensure they are credited to their demat accounts by the record date, which is tomorrow, June 3. By doing this, investors can become eligible for the bonus issue.
This means that today is the last date for investors to buy the shares of Anand Rathi Wealth so that they are credited to the demat accounts of the shareholders by the record date, making them eligible for the reward.
Anand Rathi Bonus Issue: One share for one share
Along with the quarterly results and dividend announcments in April, Anand Rathi Wealth had also declared that its board of directors have approved a bonus issue of shares in the ratio of 1:1 by capitalising its reserves, along with a final dividend of Rs 7 per equity share for the financial year 2026.
Anand Rathi Wealth said that it will issue one new fully paid-up equity share with a face value of Rs 5 for every existing fully paid-up equity share held by the eligible shareholders as on the record date.
“The bonus equity shares will be issued out of retained earnings and/or the securities premium account and/or the capital redemption reserve account of the company available as at 31st March, 2026 (free reserves). The bonus shares once allotted shall rank paripassu in all respects with the fully paid-up equity shares of the company and carry the same rights as the existing fully paid-up equity shares of the Company and not as an income or distribution in lieu of dividend,” the company said in an exchange filing earlier.
Anand Rathi Wealth added that Rs 41.51 crore is required to be used from its free reserves in order to implement the bonus issue. At the end of the March quarter of FY26, the company had free reserves worth more than Rs 950.22 crore.

Once approved, the bonus shares will be credited to the demat accounts of the eligible shareholders on or before June 7.
