Shareholders of nearly 50 companies, including prominent names like Titan Company, JSW Steel, Sun Pharma, Axis Bank, and Nestle India, need to mark their calendars as these stocks turn ex-date for dividends, bonus issues, or stock splits between July 6 and July 10, 2026.

To avail the benefits of the respective corporate actions, investors must hold shares of these companies in their demat accounts on the record date. This list is currently tentative, as more companies could announce record dates for dividends, bonus issues, and stock splits this week.

Monday, July 6

Four companies will trade ex-dividend:

  • DCM Shriram International- Rs 0.4 per share
  • DJ Mediaprint & Logistics- Rs 0.15 per share
  • Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation- Rs 9 per share
  • Sundaram Finance- Rs 24 per share

Tuesday, July 7

Six companies have set this as their record date for dividends. Major highlights include:

  • JSW Steel: Final dividend of Rs 7.1 per share
  • Sun Pharma: Dividend of Rs 5 per share
  • Cera Sanitaryware
  • Dodla Dairy: Final dividend of Rs 5 per share

Additionally, wires and cables manufacturer V Marc India has fixed July 7 for its first-ever 5:1 bonus issue.

Wednesday, July 8

  • Mphasis: Final dividend of Rs 62 per share
  • United Spirits: Final dividend of Rs 11 per share
  • Other dividend-paying companies include Bliss GVS Pharma, Hannah Joseph Hospital, and more.
  • Gujarat Inject (Kerala) will trade ex for a 1:10 stock split.

Thursday, July 9

  • Titan Company: Dividend of Rs 15 per equity share
  • RPG Life Sciences: Final dividend of Rs 24 per share

Other firms include Harsha Engineers International, Sheela Foam, and Tata Chand Infralogistic Solutions.

Friday, July 10

The busiest day with 29 companies scheduled for action.

  • Axis Bank: Final dividend of Rs 1 per share
  • BSE: Final dividend of Rs 10 per share
  • Nestle India: Final dividend of Rs 5 per share
  • Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories: Final dividend of Rs 8 per share
  • JK Cement: Rs 20 per share
  • Grindwell Norton: Rs 19 per share
  • Hindalco Industries: Rs 5 per share
  • Apollo Tyres: Rs 2.5 per share

D-Link (India) will pay a final dividend of Rs 20 per share plus a special dividend of Rs 7.5 per share. Several other firms across sectors like IT, pharma, cement, and consumer goods are also lined up.

Additionally, Goldiam International will go ex for a 1:3 bonus issue, while Mangalam Worldwide has a 1:10 stock split scheduled.
