BVG India IPO gets Sebi approval to raise Rs 300 crore.

BVG India IPO: Facility management services provider BVG India has received the required approvals to proceed with its initial public offering (IPO), through which the company plans to raise Rs 300 crore. The IPO will include a fresh issue of shares along with an offer for sale (OFS) by existing shareholders.

BVG India IPO process underway

BVG India had submitted its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) in September last year to raise funds through the public issue.

According to the company’s DRHP dated September 30, 2025, existing shareholders are proposed to sell 2.85 crore equity shares through the OFS portion.

Confirming the development, BVG India CEO Rupal Sinha told PTI, “The DRHP has been filed, and we have received the necessary approvals. So yes, the process is on.”

Sinha said the company has disclosed in its DRHP that the Rs 300 crore raised through the IPO will be used mainly to repay a portion of its loans and support the company’s growth and development plans.

Rs 300 crore to be used for debt repayment and growth

According to Sinha, the proposed fund-raising will help BVG India strengthen its financial position while supporting its expansion plans.

“This all will be more market-driven mechanism,” she said.

The IPO will therefore provide the company with fresh capital while also allowing existing investors to sell part of their holdings through the OFS route.

BVG India reports Rs 4,128 crore revenue

BVG India reported revenue from operations of Rs 4,128 crore in 2025-26, while its profit after tax stood at Rs 284 crore.

The company operates across three major business verticals – Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Emergency Response Services (ERS), and Environment & Sustainability Services (ESS).

Its client base spans several sectors, including industrial, commercial, healthcare, education, government and transport infrastructure.

What services does BVG India provide?

BVG India offers a wide range of facility management and infrastructure-related services.

Its soft services include mechanised housekeeping, janitorial and industrial housekeeping services, manpower supply, security, office support and maintenance of retail fuel outlets.

The company also provides hard services such as electro-mechanical works, mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, repairs and maintenance, road management, city cleaning and infrastructure upkeep.

In addition, BVG India provides specialised services covering catering, paint-shop cleaning, back-office support, logistics management and fleet operations, including electric bus management.

With the required approvals now in place, the company is moving ahead with the IPO process, with debt reduction and business development forming key parts of its proposed fund utilisation.
