Canara Robeco AMC Q2 Results: Net profit up 22% to ₹59 crore, declares ₹2 dividend


Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Ltd on Friday (October 9) reported a 21.5% year-on-year rise in profit to ₹59.2 crore for the quarter, compared with ₹48.7 crore in the year-ago period.

Revenue increased 18.6% to ₹128 crore from ₹108 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The company declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per equity share with a face value of ₹10 each for the financial year 2026-27. The dividend represents 20% of the face value per share.

Canara Robeco AMC has fixed Friday, October 16, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholders eligible for the interim dividend.

The dividend will be paid within 30 days of the declaration to shareholders whose names appear in the company’s Register of Members or the records of the depositories as of the record date.

Shares of Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Ltd ended at ₹220.75, down by ₹0.45, or 0.20%, on the BSE.
