The order involves the construction of buildings near Thirumangalam Metro Station along the viaduct on open land parcels. The scope includes civil works, architectural finishes, plumbing, electrical and mechanical (E&M) works, ventilation and air-conditioning (VAC), lifts and other associated works.

The company said the work order was received in the normal course of business and forms part of its ordinary civil contracting operations.
The company had also secured an order worth around ₹741 crore, excluding GST, from Mahindra Lifespace Developers in August. It covered core and shell construction work for Mahindra Rainforest at Kanjurmarg and Mahindra Beacon Hill at Mahalaxmi.
At the time, Katyal had said the engagement with Mahindra Lifespace Developers validated the company’s engineering expertise, project management capabilities and track record of executing complex projects at scale.
Shares of the company gained as much as 4.7% to an intraday high of ₹186.97, following the order win announcement on Tuesday, but pared some of the gains and were trading at ₹183.48 as of 1.54 pm, still up 2.7%. The stock has advanced more than 28% so far in 2026 and 35% in the last one year.
