SEBI allows AIFs to retain liquidation proceeds beyond fund life
New Delhi: Markets regulator SEBI on Tuesday issued guidelines allowing Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) to retain liquidation proceeds beyond their permissible fund life under specified circumstances.
