The company’s revenue increased marginally by 0.3% year-on-year to ₹2,160 crore from ₹2,154 crore in Q1 FY26.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 2.7% to ₹444.3 crore from ₹432.7 crore a year ago. The company’s EBITDA margin improved to 21% in Q1 FY27 from 20.1% in the year-ago quarter.

The board has declared an interim dividend of 32%, amounting to ₹1.60 per equity share with a face value of ₹5 each. The total dividend payout will be ₹121.86 crore.
The record date for determining shareholders eligible for the interim dividend has been fixed as August 4, 2026. The dividend will be paid or dispatched to shareholders on or after August 12, 2026, and the payment will be completed within 30 days of declaration.
Shares of Container Corporation of India Ltd ended at ₹477.80, down by ₹2.90, or 0.60%, on the BSE.
