Total business stood at ₹30,146 crore a year earlier.
Deposits increased 20.15% YoY to ₹20,552 crore from ₹17,105 crore, while current account and savings account (CASA) deposits rose 16.83% to ₹5,769 crore from ₹4,938 crore.
The bank’s gold loan portfolio was a key driver of lending growth, rising 53.43% YoY to ₹6,823 crore from ₹4,447 crore.
Advances to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) also grew strongly, increasing 35.90% to ₹2,544 crore from ₹1,872 crore a year earlier.
The figures for September 30 are provisional. The corresponding figures for September 30, 2025 were reviewed, while those for March 31, 2026 were audited, the bank said.
Strong start to FY27
Dhanlaxmi Bank had started FY27 with a sharp improvement in profitability.
The private-sector lender’s net profit more than doubled to ₹25 crore in the June quarter from ₹12 crore a year earlier, helped by higher lending, stronger interest income and an improvement in asset quality.Net interest income (NII) rose 27.2% YoY to ₹177 crore from ₹139 crore.
Total income stood at ₹484.25 crore, including ₹449.36 crore of interest income and ₹34.89 crore of other income. Total expenses were ₹432.80 crore, of which ₹271.74 crore was interest expense and ₹161.06 crore was operating expenses.
Dhanlaxmi Bank shares closed at ₹27.12 on the NSE on October 1, up 1.45%.
