The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹62.05 crore for the quarter ended March 31, down 63.7% from ₹170.83 crore a year earlier. Revenue from operations fell 25.7% year-on-year to ₹2,299.8 crore from ₹3,096.1 crore.
EBITDA declined 40.7% to ₹392.3 crore during the quarter, while EBITDA margin narrowed to 17.06% from 21.35% a year earlier, the filing showed.
The company said the previous year’s earnings included exceptional gains from divestments of stakes in HAM projects and sale of investment units, which had supported profitability in FY25 and impacted the year-on-year comparison.
Separately, the board recommended a dividend of ₹1 per equity share, equivalent to 10% of face value, for the financial year 2025-26. The proposed dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.
