GSK Pharma Q4 Results FY 2026, GSK Pharma Dividend 2026: A BSE 200 company on Wednesday (May 13) declared its Q4 results for financial year 2025-26. Along with the quarterly earnings report, the company, engaged in pharmaceuticals industry, has also announced 570 per cent dividend. Notably, the pharma firm also fixed the record date for the dividend eligibility.

GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ltd posted a profit of Rs 278 crore, marking a 5.7% year-on-year increase from Rs 263 crore in Q4FY25. Revenue grew 2.2% to Rs 995 crore compared to Rs 974 crore in the same quarter last year.

EBITDA rose 5.1% to Rs 350.6 crore from Rs 333.6 crore, while the EBITDA margin expanded by 90 basis points to 35.2% from 34.3% in Q4FY25.

The pharma company has announced a final dividend of Rs 57 per share for the shareholders for the FY26.

“The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs.57/- per equity share on face value of Rs.10 each for the year ended 31st March 2026, subject to approval of members at 101 st Annual General Meeting,” the company said in its May 13 dated exchange filing.

The company has also announced the record date for the dividend eligibility.

“The Company has fixed Friday, 29th May 2026, as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to final dividend for the financial year ended 31st March,2026,” the filing added.

GSK Pharma Dividend 2026 Payment Date

The company has also set the payment timeline of the dividend.

“If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the AGM, payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made on and after Wednesday, 1st July 2026,” the filing added.

On Wednesday, the stock closed at Rs 2417, down 1.27 per cent from its previous closing, on BSE.
