Aditya Infotech’s final dividend record date is nearing.

Dividend Stock: The record date for Aditya Infotech’s final dividend is approaching after the company, on May 27, recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.64 per equity share (164 per cent of the face value of Rs 1 each) for FY26. The dividend is subject to shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and, if approved, will be paid within 30 days of the AGM’s conclusion.

“Recommended a final dividend of 1.64/- per equity share (i.e. 164% of face value of 1/- each), for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company. The aforesaid dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the forthcoming AGM, shall be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the AGM,” the Industrial Products company said in an exchange filing.

Aditya Infotech has fixed Monday, July 20, 2026, as the record date of the said dividend.

“Further to the Company’s earlier communication dated May 27, 2026, and pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Monday, July 20, 2026, has been fixed as the Record Date for determining the Members entitled to receive the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26,” said Aditya Infotech.

Shares of Aditya Infotech closed at Rs 3616.15 per share on Friday, July 17 — which is 4.80 per cent lower from the previous close of Rs 3,798.50 per share. During the day, the stock swung between Rs 3,848.50 and Rs 3,608.60 per share.

The counter reached its 52-week high level at Rs 3,865 per share on July 16, 2026; while the 52-week low level came at Rs 1,014.65 per share, which it reached on August 5, last year.

According to BSE website, “the scrip PE is greater than 50 for previous 4 trailing quarters.” Notably, Aditya Infotech is a constituent of BSE 500 index and enjoys a market capitalisation of Rs 42,616.50 crore.

After a subdued closing in the previous trade, the 30-share BSE Sensex bounced back 964.58 points, or 1.25 per cent, to settle at 78,151.45 on Friday, July 17. During the day, it surged 1,095.68 points, or 1.41 per cent, to 78,282.55. The 50-share NSE Nifty climbed 261.55 points, or 1.09 per cent, to end at 24,334.30.
