The company said, “further to our letters dated May 28, 2026 and July 10, 2026, we would like to inform you the updated schedule of the 62nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. Request you to kindly take note of the below mentioned dates: Date of AGM: Tuesday, September 8, 2026; Record Date (for the purpose of AGM and payment of dividend): Tuesday, September 01, 2026; Dividend (if approved at the 62nd AGM) shall be paid to the eligible members by October 6, 2026.”
