The company said the board approved the fundraise at its meeting on August 31. The proposed issue may involve equity shares or other eligible securities through a public or private offering to investors.
E2E Networks also approved the convening of its 17th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026.
The company provides cloud computing and AI infrastructure services, including GPU-powered infrastructure and its TIR AI/ML platform, catering to businesses and developers building and deploying AI and other compute-intensive applications.
The fundraise plan comes after a strong June quarter, with E2E Networks returning to profit and reporting a sharp increase in revenue.
The company reported consolidated net profit of ₹44 crore for Q1 FY27, compared with a loss of nearly ₹3 crore in the year-ago quarter. Profit also rose from ₹6.43 crore in the March quarter.
Revenue from operations surged 336% year-on-year to ₹157 crore, compared with ₹36 crore a year earlier. On a sequential basis, revenue increased 64% from ₹96 crore in the March quarter.
E2E Networks attributed the sharp growth to the commissioning of its B200 cluster, better utilisation of its flagship GPUs and the continued scale-up of its TIR AI/ML platform.EBITDA stood at ₹117.9 crore, with the EBITDA margin expanding to 75.2%.
“Q1 FY27 marks another significant quarter for E2E Networks. Revenue grew 4.3 times year-on-year, EBITDA margin expanded to 75.2%, and profit before tax stood at ₹58.6 crore,” the company’s management said.
The management added that the B200 cluster went live during the quarter and utilisation across its GPU fleet remained strong, reflecting robust demand from the AI ecosystem.
E2E Networks said it remains focused on aggressive but judicious capacity expansion through the remainder of FY27.
