The company sold 1,18,232 motorcycles during the month, compared with 88,045 units in July 2025.
Domestic sales rose 38% to 1,05,317 units from 76,254 units a year earlier, while exports increased 10% to 12,915 units from 11,791 units.
For the April-July period of FY27, Royal Enfield’s total motorcycle sales rose 27% year-on-year to 4,48,659 units. Domestic volumes grew 33% to 4,06,491 units, while exports declined 13% to 42,168 units.
B. Govindarajan, Managing Director of Eicher Motors and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Enfield, said the company witnessed another strong month, supported by steady demand for its core motorcycle portfolio and encouraging response to its first electric motorcycle, the Flying Flea C6.
To support growing interest in the Flying Flea C6, Royal Enfield is expanding its dedicated retail and service network in Bengaluru. The company also announced a ₹1,225 crore investment in the first phase of a new greenfield manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh, which will add up to 4.5 lakh motorcycles of annual production capacity upon completion, targeted during FY2030.
Royal Enfield also introduced the 2026 Classic 350 with an assist and slipper clutch and a USB Type-C fast charging port. During the month, the company concluded the 22nd edition of the Himalayan Odyssey and said the limited-edition Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts, with 25 units allocated for India, sold out in three minutes.
