The company’s pre-sales increased by 272% to ₹3,225 crore from the previous quarter, it said in its exchange filing.
The company’s collections were up 10% sequentially at ₹546 crore in the September quarter.
Embassy Developments said it launched three projects worth ₹7,500 crore in gross development value (GDV) during the second quarter. This is 39% of the new project launches it had guided for the financial year 2027.
Here are some of the projects launched and the progress made there:
- Embassy Origins Riverine, Bengaluru: The project has a GDV of ₹2,500 crore and the project has already sold inventory worth ₹933 crore within two weeks of launch.
- Embassy Origins South Reserve, Bengaluru: This project has a GDV of ₹1,950 crore, and within two weeks of launch, inventory worth ₹880 crore has been sold.
- Embassy Terraza, Juhu, Mumbai: This project has the largest GDV among the three projects at ₹3,050 crore. This is the project which saw a single transaction worth ₹711 crore, the largest in India so far. Total sales here have been worth ₹758 crore.
