Marriage conversations often revolve around the wedding: the venue, the guest list, the outfits, the honeymoon, and, of course, who is sitting where.
But once the celebrations are over, it is the everyday conversations that matter. Who handles money? Where will you live? How involved will families be? What happens when one person wants something completely different from the other?
You do not need to agree on everything before getting married. But you should know where each other stands, especially on the things that can quietly turn into bigger issues later.
