GNA Axles Ltd reported a 66.5% year-on-year increase in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to ₹38.27 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, driven by higher revenue even as total expenses rose during the period.
Revenue from operations increased 36.7% to ₹470.44 crore from ₹344.21 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Total income rose 36.6% to ₹471.76 crore from ₹345.45 crore.
Total expenses climbed 33.7% year on year to ₹419.96 crore from ₹314.07 crore. The increase was primarily led by higher raw material consumption, employee benefit expenses and other operating costs. Cost of materials consumed rose to ₹316.04 crore from ₹214.37 crore.

Quarter on quarter performance
On a sequential basis, consolidated PAT rose 24.2% from ₹30.82 crore in the March 2026 quarter. Revenue from operations increased 14.5% from ₹410.94 crore, while total income rose 14.7% from ₹411.44 crore.
Total expenses were 12% higher than ₹374.92 crore reported in the preceding quarter.
Shares of GNA Axles closed 8.20% higher at ₹595 apiece on the National Stock Exchange on Thursday.
In the preceding March 2026 quarter, GNA Axles had reported a consolidated profit after tax of ₹30.82 crore, up 21.1% from ₹25.45 crore a year earlier, while revenue from operations rose 8.9% to ₹410.94 crore from ₹377.50 crore. For the full financial year ended March 2026, the company posted a 9.2% increase in consolidated profit after tax to ₹116.95 crore, although revenue from operations declined 4% to ₹1,478.42 crore from ₹1,539.74 crore in the previous financial year.
