The company’s net profit fell 44.3% year-on-year to ₹189.39 crore, compared with ₹356.31 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Revenue from operations declined 18.9% to ₹1,205.5 crore from ₹1,486.2 crore a year earlier.
Operating performance also weakened during the quarter. EBITDA dropped 46.3% to ₹181.44 crore from ₹337.6 crore in the year-ago period, while EBITDA margin narrowed to 15.1% from 22.7%.
Separately, the company’s board fixed Tuesday, August 11, 2026, as the record date for payment of the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26.
Shares of Godfrey Phillips India ended 4.03% higher at ₹2,215.40 on the NSE on Monday, ahead of the company’s June-quarter earnings announcement. The stock gained ₹85.80 during the session.
