The net profit figure came in at ₹1.2 crore, compared to the loss of ₹34.6 crore incurred in Q1FY26. The top-line numbers also improved, with the revenue for the quarter rising by 6.6%. The revenue for the quarter that concluded in June rose to ₹350 crore, compared to ₹328.2 crore.
The Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation, or EBITDA, also improved, with the figure rising to ₹30 crore, from a loss of ₹16 crore in the previous year.
While speaking to CNBC-TV18 in November of 2025, Himanshu Jindal, Chief Financial Officer of Greenpanel Industries, said that exports remain an additional growth opportunity for the company. Furthermore, Jain also said that exports are influenced by volume, margin conditions, and geopolitical developments in key markets.
Furthermore, the company had also said that it expects to deliver high-teens growth in sales with EBITDA margins in the high single to low double digits.
On Friday, the company stock closed lower, with a dip of 4.63% or
₹9.37 by the end of the day’s trade. The company shares have witnessed a decline of 15.65% in the past 6 months of trade. The stock price now stands at ₹192.90 per share, far lower than its 52-week high of ₹333.80 per share.
