HAL Dividend 2026: Shares of state-run Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) might be in focus in the upcoming week as it is set to announce a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The defence PSU informed this through an exchange filing on Tuesday, June 16.

In the regulatory filing, Hindustan Aeronautics informed the bourses that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on Monday, June 29, 2026, to consider and approve final dividend for the FY26.

“…this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting scheduled to be held on Monday, the 29th June, 2026 will consider, inter-alia, the recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2025- 26,” HAL said in an exchange filing.

Hindustan Aeronautics trading window closure date

It further said the “Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Insiders including Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives, with immediate effect till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2026.”

Hindustan Aeronautics has been giving rich and consistent dividend to its shareholders. In 2026, the PSU has already paid cash reward of Rs 35 in February. In 2025, HAL gave dividend on two occasions – Rs 15 in August and Rs 25 in February while in 2024, it distributed cash reward twice – Rs 13 in August and Rs 22 in February, respectively.

Hindustan Aeronautics Q4 FY26 results

Earlier in May, Hindustan Aeronautics reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 4,196 crore for the March-ended quarter, marking a growth of 6 per cet year-on-year (YoY) from the Rs 3,977 crore profit reported in the year-ago period.

The defence major’s revenue from operations rose 2 per cent YoY to Rs 13,942 crore in Q4FY26, from Rs 13,700 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

Sequentially, the PSU’s net profit more than doubled from Rs 1,867 crore reported in the third quarter of FY26. Revenue from operations surged over 81 per cent quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from Rs 7,699 crore in the December quarter.

HAL also reported a more than 5 per cent YoY rise in total income to Rs 15,093 crore in Q4 FY26, the quarter ended March 31, 2026. Total expenses increased over 4 per cent YoY to Rs 9,522 crore during the third quarter of FY26.

Shares of Hindustan Aeronautics today ended at Rs 4256.45, down Rs 28.45 or 0.66 per cent from the previous close of Rs 4,284.90, on the BSE.
