The company has fixed April 25, 2026, as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the dividend payment. The interim dividend will be paid on May 5, 2026.
HCL Technologies reported revenue of ₹33,981 crore for Q4 FY26, up 0.3% QoQ and 12.3% YoY. Constant currency revenue declined 3.3% QoQ but rose 2.4% YoY.

USD revenue stood at $3,682 million, down 2.9% QoQ and up 5.3% YoY. HCLTech Services’ constant currency revenue fell 0.1% QoQ but increased 4.2% YoY, while HCLSoftware’s constant currency revenue declined 14.1% YoY. HCLSoftware’s annual recurring revenue stood at $1.05 billion, down 0.5% YoY in constant currency terms.
EBIT for the quarter stood at ₹5,620 crore, down 10.6% QoQ and up 3.3% YoY, with EBIT margin at 16.5%. Excluding restructuring, EBIT margin was 17.7%. Net income came in at ₹4,488 crore, down 6.4% QoQ and up 4.2% YoY, with a margin at 13.2%.
Excluding restructuring, net income margin stood at 14.2%. Return on invested capital for the company was 40.3%, up 235 bps YoY, while services ROIC stood at 47.0%, up 155 bps YoY. Free cash flow to net income ratio stood at 107% on an LTM basis.

The company reported a total contract value of $1,936 million in new deal wins for the quarter. Employee count stood at 227,181 with a net addition of 802 employees, including 1,712 freshers. LTM attrition was 12.5%, compared with 13.0% in the year-ago period.
Shares of HCL Technologies Ltd ended at ₹1,441.55, up by ₹13.20, or 0.92%, on the BSE.
