HDFC Bank Q1 Results FY27 Date and Time: As the earnings season begins next month, HDFC Bank Ltd, India’s largest private-sector bank, is set to announce its results for the quarter ending on June 30, 2026.
The private sector lender informed this through an exchange filing on Tuesday, June 23.
HDFC Bank Q1 FY27 results date and time
In the regulatory filing, HDFC Bank informed the bourses that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled for July 18, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the bank for the quarter ending on June 30, 2026.
“We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of HDFC Bank Limited (“the Bank”) is scheduled to be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026 to inter-alia consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Bank for the quarter ending June 30, 2026,” HDFC Bank said in the exchange filing.
HDFC Bank had announced its earnings for the January-February quarter at around 2.45 PM on April 18, 2026. Therefore, it is expected that the private lender might declare its Q1 FY27 results at around the same time on Saturday, July 18, 2026.
HDFC Bank Q1 FY27 results: Trading window closure
It further informed that the “window for trading in securities of the Bank shall remain closed from Wednesday, June 24, 2026 to Monday, July 20, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the designated employees and their immediate relatives pursuant to the Bank’s share dealing code.”
HDFC Bank Q4 FY26 results
HDFC Bank had reported a net profit of Rs 19,221 crore in the January-March quarter, posting an increase of 9 per cent from Rs 17,616 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
The lenders’ in interest income in Q4 FY26 came in at Rs 76,610 crore, translating to a decrease of 1.1 per cent from Rs 77,460 crore in the same quarter last year. The company’s net interest income (NII) coming in at Rs 33,082 crore, marking a 3.2 per cent increase in Q4 FY26 compared to Rs 32,006 crore in Q4 FY25.
Operating profit stood at Rs 27,802 crore, up 4.8 per cent year-on-year from Rs 26,537 crore. Provisions for Q4 FY26 declined to Rs 2,609 crore from Rs 3,193 crore in the year-ago period, reflecting an 18 per cent reduction.
HDFC Bank has also announced a final dividend of Rs 13 per equity share of face value Re 1 for the year ended March 31, 2026.
