Revenue for the quarter rose 12.4% year-on-year to ₹603.2 crore, compared with ₹536.6 crore in the same period last year. EBITDA loss widened to ₹148.1 crore in the March quarter from a loss of ₹50.7 crore in the year-ago period.
HEG has recommended a final dividend of ₹3.40 per equity share of face value ₹2 each for the financial year 2025–26, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing annual general meeting. The dividend will be paid or dispatched within 30 days from the date of the AGM.

The board has also approved the continuation of Shekhar Agarwal as a non-executive non-independent director of the company, subject to shareholder approval through a special resolution. He will continue in the role even after attaining the age of 75 years on October 9, 2027, in the financial year 2027–28, as per regulatory requirements.
Shares of HEG Ltd ended at ₹659.35, up by ₹0.15, or 0.023%, on the BSE today, April 29.
