The shares of the LED lightning solutions provider made their stock market debut on June 16, 2023 at ₹391 apiece on the BSE against the issue price of ₹270-285, while listing itself on the NSE at ₹392.5 apiece, which was a 37.7% premium to the issue price.

Shares of GNG Electronics rose up to 7% from Thursday’s closing price of ₹580.25, during intraday trade, marking the stock’s biggest monthly gain for August 2026.
The company’s shares have risen almost 100% in 2026, so far, while rising over 83% in the trailing 12 months.
The stock is 11.3% away from its 52-week high of ₹689.50 and around 159% above its 52-week low of ₹239.
The company reported its first quarter earnings last month. Its profit rose 56.2% to ₹28.9 crore from ₹18.5 crore in the previous year, while its revenue rose 32.1% to ₹412 crore from ₹312 crore across the same period.
The company’s EBITDA increased 52.8% to ₹49.2 crore from ₹32.2 crore in previous fiscal, while its margin exapnded to 11.93% from 10.31%.
GNG Electronics is a Mumbai based refurbished IT equipment company that restores and resells used laptops, desktops and other electronic devices.
