India Pesticides gets UK, Argentina regulatory approvals

India Pesticides Ltd has secured regulatory approvals for two of its pesticide products in international markets, the company said in a stock exchange filing on Tuesday.

The company has obtained Technical Equivalence approval for an insecticide product in the United Kingdom, with the approval dated September 15, 2026.

Separately, India Pesticides has obtained registration for a herbicide product in Argentina, also dated September 15, 2026.

Both products cater to the international market, according to the filing.

The company said the approvals mark milestones in its international growth journey and strengthen its presence in the global agrochemical market.

It added that the approvals are expected to support export growth and contribute positively to foreign exchange earnings for the country.

Earlier on July 15, the company had informed that it has received Technical Equivalence (TEQ) approval in the European Union (EU) for one of its fungicide products, allowing the company to expand its presence in the international market.

The approved product belongs to the pesticides category and will cater to the international market, with the product launched in the European Union. The approval date for the fungicide product is May 29, 2026.The company said the approval is part of its global expansion strategy and is expected to strengthen its export business by improving access to the European market.

India Pesticides said the approval is expected to contribute to its export revenues and support foreign exchange earnings for the country. The company manufactures pesticides and agrochemical products, with manufacturing units located in Lucknow and Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh.

India Pesticides Ltd shares closed at ₹132.78 apiece on September 15, down 0.68% or ₹0.91 from the previous close.
