Innovision wins ₹244 crore in NHAI toll-collection, maintenance contracts


Innovision Limited said Tuesday it has secured two work orders worth a combined ₹243.60 crore from the National Highways Authority of India for toll collection and facility maintenance at highway fee plazas in Madhya Pradesh.

Under the larger ₹219.07 crore contract, awarded Sept. 7 through competitive bidding, Innovision will collect tolls and maintain facilities at the IDTL A and IDTL B fee plazas on the six-laning project of the Indore-Dewas section of NH-3.

The contract also covers the upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks, including replenishment of consumable items. It is scheduled to be executed over one year.

Separately, NHAI awarded Innovision a ₹24.53 crore contract for user-fee collection at the Pachwara fee plaza on NH-39, covering the four-laning project of the Jhansi-Khajuraho section. The contract also includes maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks and replenishment of consumables and will run for one year.

Both contracts were awarded through competitive bidding via e-tender, according to the company’s exchange filings.

Innovision shares closed Tuesday at ₹252.75, down 1.37%, or ₹3.50, from the previous close.
