The facility has been developed across approximately 20 acres, with Phase I utilising around 25,000 square metres of built-up area. The balance land has been earmarked for the development of Phases 2 and 3, with civil works for Phase 2 currently underway.
The new plant is equipped with specialised and high-precision machinery sourced from technology providers in Europe and India. It is designed to manufacture complex heavy structural members for projects where scale, precision and engineering specifications are critical.

The facility will cater to applications across high-rise buildings, data centres, semiconductor and electronics facilities, renewable energy projects, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure and large industrial developments.
A key capability of the facility is the fabrication of large-sized hot-rolled sections and plate girder structural members. These components are designed for projects requiring stringent engineering and dimensional specifications.
The new facility also expands Interarch’s manufacturing portfolio beyond conventional pre-engineered building (PEB) applications and enables the company to undertake projects requiring sophisticated and heavy structural steel solutions.

Located in Andhra Pradesh, the facility will serve customers across South and West India. Its proximity to industrial clusters, ports and major transportation networks is expected to support the movement of materials and finished structures to project locations.
The new facility complements Interarch’s existing manufacturing ecosystem at Attivaram. The company had earlier commissioned Phase 2 of its PEB facility at the location, with an installed capacity of 24,000 MT per annum.
That facility involved an investment of approximately ₹32 crore, making Attivaram an increasingly important manufacturing hub for Interarch’s steel construction operations. The new facility marks an expansion of its manufacturing capabilities into heavy structural steel and complex steel structures.

Shares of Interarch Building Solutions Ltd ended at ₹1,681.00, down by ₹11.05, or 0.65%, on the BSE.
