On September 8, three IPOs — Glass Wall Systems (India), Prasol Chemicals and Kanohar Electricals — will open for subscription.
Glass Wall Systems is targeting ₹427.89 crore through a combination of a ₹60-crore fresh issue and an OFS worth ₹367.89 crore. Its price band is ₹172-182 per share and the issue will close on September 10.
Prasol Chemicals is looking to raise ₹500 crore, comprising a fresh issue of ₹80 crore and an OFS of ₹420 crore. The price band has been set at ₹643-676 per share, with the issue closing on September 10.
The largest issue among the three is Kanohar Electricals, which plans to raise ₹1,055.74 crore. The issue comprises a ₹300-crore fresh issue and an OFS of ₹755.74 crore. The price band is ₹601-632 per share and the issue will close on September 10.
September 9 will see the opening of six IPOs — Karamtara Engineering, LCC Projects, Steamhouse, Manipal Payment & Identity Solutions, Asset Reconstruction and Rentomojo.
Karamtara Engineering is looking to raise ₹875 crore through a fresh issue of ₹675 crore and an OFS worth ₹200 crore. Its price band is ₹241-254 per share and the issue will close on September 11.
LCC Projects plans to raise ₹427.14 crore, comprising a fresh issue of ₹258 crore and an OFS of ₹169.14 crore. The price band has been fixed at ₹139-146 per share.
Steamhouse is targeting ₹414 crore through a combination of a ₹353-crore fresh issue and an OFS of ₹61 crore. The issue will open on September 9 and close on September 11.
Manipal Payment & Identity Solutions is looking to raise ₹805 crore. The issue comprises a fresh issue of ₹320 crore and an OFS worth ₹485 crore. Its price band is ₹322-339 per share.
Asset Reconstruction is looking to raise ₹732.97 crore through an OFS of 5.27 crore shares. The price band has been fixed at ₹132-139 per share, with the issue opening on September 9 and closing on September 11.
Rentomojo is seeking to raise ₹1,255.57 crore through a fresh issue of ₹150 crore and an OFS of ₹1,105.57 crore. The price band is ₹384-404 per share and the issue will remain open until September 11.
The IPO calendar will also see Veegaland Developers open for subscription on September 10. The company plans to raise ₹210 crore entirely through a fresh issue. Its price band has been set at ₹130-140 per share, with the issue closing on September 15.
